For all misspelled personal information, please send us an email at atomyph@atomy.kr with the subject title “Member ID, Name Change” (e.g. S6123456, Name Change). |

I have wrong TIN number. How can I change it? |

If you want to change more than 5 digits of your TIN number, please download “TIN MODIFICATION LETTER” under My Office > Resources. Then send it back to our email, with the required documents.
NOTE: This is the 'official' answer by Atomy Philippines; however, upon checking we cannot find the 'TIN MODIFICATION LETTER' in the office resources list. |

I’m an Atomy member from other country. Can I change my country to Philippines? |

ANSWER: |
Go to My Office > Resources, and download “Nationality Change” form. Read it carefully, and send it back to our email with the subject: “Member ID #, Nationality Change” (e.g. S6123456, Nationality Change).
Please don’t forget to attach 3 documents,
1. A copy of photo ID (Before change),
2. A copy of government issued photo ID (Philippines),
3. A photo of TIN card or any BIR issued documents with a completed “Request for Verification Form”. |

To request for a line change, please be reminded that you must meet all the conditions to apply. Download “Line Change Form” from Resources and send it to us at atomyph@atomy.kr with the subject title: “Member ID #, Line Change” (e.g. S6123456, Line Change). |
