1. Order/Payment How do I order products?
ANSWER:
  1. Login to www.atomy.com/ph with your member ID and password.
  2. Go to Shopping Mall and click on the product you wish to purchase.
  3. Select quantity you want to order.
  4. Press ‘Add to Cart’ if you wish to add more products, otherwise, click on ‘Buy Now’.
  5. Fill out the Buyer and Receiver information.
  6. Select payment method.
  7. Remember the Order Number and write it down on the deposit slip when you deposit the money.
2. Order/Payment How can I make a payment?
ANSWER:
Payment method is as follows:

Bank Deposit: Over the counter
Go to any BDO bank to make an over-the-counter deposit into Atomy Philippines Bank account.
Upon bank deposit, please indicate the “ORDER NUMBER” on the “Reference No. and Payer’s name” part of deposit slip.

Please deposit the correct amount to our bank account.

NOTE: MUST Print Your ORDER NUMBER on the Deposit Slip and also note that we process your order once we are able to verify the full payment, generally the next business day.

COD: Only for Metro Manila area, and the order amount is limited to maximum of PHP 6,000.

3. Order/Payment Can I change the payer or the method of payment?
ANSWER:
Once you have confirmed payment online, then you cannot change the method of payment or the payer. Please call us to cancel the order and then re-order under a different payer.
4. Order/Payment What is the payment deadline after I order?
ANSWER:
For bank deposit, all payments must be received by 4:30 p.m. the day after the order.
5. Order/Payment When can I start purchasing products from other country Atomy offices?
ANSWER:
You will be able to purchase products from other country Atomy subsidiaries once Atomy Philippines receives the permit to sell our Main Products (e.g. Atomy Skin Care 6 System or Evening Care 4 Set).
