1. Membership How do I become a member of Atomy Philippines?
ANSWER:
  1. Online Registration
    Go to our official website, www.atomy.com/ph and login with registered member ID, and click on “Join Us” to proceed. And follow the steps and fill out your personal information. If you complete, you will be given with Atomy member ID at the end of the step.
  2. Web/Mobile Verification
    Once you have Atomy member ID, your next step is to apply for a verification to activate your account. Download and print “Request for Verification” form under the Resources, and cut in half. If you are a TIN card holder use the left, and if you have other TIN proof issued by BIR, please use the right. Fill out all information and place your TIN card on the form and take a picture of the form. (If you don’t have TIN card, you need to take 2 pictures. 1) Verification form with a government issued photo ID and 2) TIN slip/form/verification issued by BIR). Then go to our WEB/MOBILE VERIFICATION SITE, www.atomy.kr/m/mload_ph to upload the picture taken. Click on the OK button at the bottom. If you see the success message, then your verification form is submitted.
  3. Login to your account
    If you have received an email saying that your verification is successfully authorized, then you can login to our official website.
2. Membership Who can apply for membership in Atomy Philippines?
ANSWER:
A Filipino citizen who is over 18 can join the membership. Also, Permanent Residents of Philippines and Special Resident Retiree’s Visa holder can join Atomy Philippines.
3. Membership I don’t know any sponsors. What can I do to join?
ANSWER:
Contact us and we will locate a sponsor near you.
4. Membership I’m a Filipino but currently living outside of the country. Can I join Atomy?
ANSWER:
1. If Atomy is operating in the country where you are living AND you meet that country's requirements, you can join Atomy in that country. 2. If Atomy is not in the country where you are living, or you do not meet their requirements... you can join Atomy Philippines if you have a TIN number. The same registration process applies whether you are in the Philippines or another country.
5. Membership I forgot my ID/password. How can I find them?
ANSWER:
To find your ID or reset the password, go to login page of Atomy Philippines website, and click “FIND MY ID/PASSWORD” under the login page, or click this link http://www.atomy.com/ph/Home/Account/FindId
6. Membership What is Personal password and Guest password?
ANSWER:
When you become a member of Atomy, you set your own password. Your 'Guest Password' is set automatically by the system.

Your personal & guest password stays the same unless you change under Edit My Account.

Logging in with your Personal Password allows access to all categories including Shopping Mall, My Office, and Customer Support Center.
Logging in with Guest Password allows access to limited categories such as reviewing the Shopping Mall and joining Atomy. (Purchasing products and performance tracking is restricted.)
Provide your Guest Password to potential members and introduce them to Atomy, without jeopardizing your personal information.
7. Membership Is there any membership fee required to become a member?
ANSWER:
There are no monthly membership fees, no registration or joining fees.
8. Membership How can I withdraw my Atomy membership?
ANSWER:
If you wish to withdraw, you must contact our customer support center. And please be reminded that you cannot re-join for a year if you have withdrawn on your will.
9. Membership How do I add my spouse as a secondary member of my account?
ANSWER:
Go to My Office > Edit My Account, click on the “Add Spouse” to encode your spouse's information. If you wish to change your spouse's information, please contact our Customer Support Center.
10. Membership How can I change my personal information?
ANSWER:
If you wish to change your personal information, please email us at atomyph@atomy.kr with the subject title: “Member ID #, Information change” (e.g. S6123456, Information Change).
